Valve Automation Hardware

Valve Automation hardware is designed by our engineer using the Auto-Cad system.  We can manufacture most valve and actuator combinations.  Our standard mounting kit consists of a bracket, a coupling, and fasteners.  We offer stainless steel and carbon steel, which is painted with a flat black epoxy .

We offer the following types of hardware.

Special linkage kits
Valve stem extensions
Transition plates
Namur hardware
Non-Namur hardware
Chain-lever operators
Valve to switches and/or  positioner kits
Machine bushings
Limit switch kits

​In addition, we offer custom manufacturing for different parts, drill and tap of flanges, socketwelds, threading stem bushings, and almost any manufacturing you require!
Most of our mounting hardware kits are made to order.   Therefore our standard deliveries are two to three weeks, depending on quantities.  We stock Namur and on-Namur kits.  Expedited services are available on request based on availability of materials and quantity on order.  Expedited charges will be added for less than two week delivery.

Manfacturing Goals

Our manufacturing meets strict guidelines.  Please see below for details of our goals when manufacturing hardware!
Brackets will typically be one piece or one piece that has been welded from two to three pieces.
The bracket design and tolerances will ensure suitable stem/shaft alignment.
